ILR - HSMP JR - how many years of documents needed?

ILR - HSMP JR - how many years of documents needed?

Hi,

I am wondering how many years of documentation do we need to submit with ILR in the case of HSMP JR?

Bank statements for 3 months, 6 months, or entire 4 years of being in the UK?

What about utility bills, and salary slips?
