Looking for help with VAF4A form.Worried!

I overstayed in the uk for 5 years and my application to remain was refused and my solicitor advised me that my only option is to go back to Zimbabwe to apply for settlement with my partner of almost four years using the VAF4A form for unmarried partners.

I am worried that if i go back the ukba will refuse my application because i have overstayed. people have also been saying that i am being given false hope through this application.

as i have said, i have been with my partner for almost four years and we have been living together for three.for supporting documents i will be asking for references from friends and family members to confirm our relationship,work and education references and house bill in his and my name. however, we do not have much in the way of photographs and i am worried that this is very little to go by to prove our relationship.

can you tell me the best documents etc to provide with my appication as i am terrified of it being rejected.

You can't be refused a Spouse visa due to a simple overstay, which is what your Solicitor should have advised you.
You have proof of joint address and household bills etc showing you were living together in a relationship 'akin to marriage' for at least 2 years?
