UK Tier 1 (General) Applied on 24th Nov, Still under process

Hi,

I have applied tier 1 (general) on 24th Nov 2010 from VFS Hyderabad,India.
On 29th Nov Status changed to Under process at BHC. Till today status remains same, no update.Do I need to mail to visa enquiry office?
Could you please suggest.
