I'm applying for Leave to Remain on the basis of my EEA spouse , exercising treaty rights here for 5 years.

Form FLR(m) states: Your partnerâ€™s immigration status- Required Documents
"Your partnerâ€™s current passport or travel document showing that he/she is present and settled in the UK"

With regards to EEA nationals, would it be sufficient to attach 5 years worth of payslips,P60's as evidence of permanent residence.

Your comments, thoughts and suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Are you sure you should be applying on FLR(M) under the UK route? Aren't you and your wife here under EU regulations?

Thanks for your reply, to clarify I'm a NON-Eu national on a work permit and have been here for 2 years, she has excercised treaty rights here for the past five years.
