Tier 1 renewal as self employed(just started)

Dear All,
My tier1 is up for renewal this Dec 2011 and I started contracting from last month.

what is the best option? to run my own pvt limited or an umbrella service? (which ofcourse is very expensive)

Any guidance on this will be much appreciated
