Switching to Tier 1 from Tier 2 ICT

Hi

I have recently entered UK on a Tier 2 ICT and would like to know if i can convert it to Tier 1 General.

And regarding the previous earning can i show the last 12 months salary from India and use the uplift factor.

Yes, if you were physically present and working in India during the period (for which you wish you claim (earnings) points for).
