Post by Rajan » Sun Jun 20, 2004 8:14 pm

Hi Friends,

If i want to change the company (With same kind of Job)
Is it okay if i change after applying for HSMP

OR
I have to stick with same company for which i have shown last year earnings & Exp., til i get approval?
OR
First i change the company , after that only i should apply for HSMP showing Exp & earnings of previous company.

Friends, Pls Guide me...

Thanks a lot for your considerations....

Rajan,
In my opinion either way it does not matter. Unless you are getting a substantial hike in salary/role which may help in making your application look better, you need not wait to change your company before applying.

Mini

I have opinion that U shud be with the same company, during processing, as U have shown last one yr exp/earnings of that company.

May be it'll be better if we get some more suggestions.... .

Rajan, you show net total earnings from all legitimate (taxable) sources - you do not need to stick with one company or be employed at all for the earnings' section sake.
