i am planning to back to India on 28th of January after submitting my master degree dissertation. Then return back on 25th of February. my visa wll expire on 31th of July. The problem is when i return back to uk, will they allow me to come back as i have already finish the degree ? i am really confused about it. Next thing is that if i have to RESIT for the thesis, on that case, what they will do ? will they allow me to be back? plz let me know if you have any experience or information about it.

Most probably they won't let you enter on the visa which has an expired CAS, mean course has been finished. What they will do, they will get a written application from you on the college / university name with your full home country address, in which you need to state that your result and final document should be sent via post to your home country address. They will send you back home and submit application to your college / university on your behalf.

If you need to submit a thesis / dissertation and need mentoring / guidance for this purpose from the college/university, you need to have some documentary proof that you need to submit final thesis or course not completed yet. It must be college/university letterhead with the reference of your CAS on which you get existing visa.
