Hi All,

Myself and my dependents were on tier 2 visa and were staying with me here in UK. They have gone back for a trip to India & Recently I have switched my UK Visa Status from Tier 2 to Tier 1 while my family were in India.Since my dependents are currently in india and I have switched my visa , they will be applying for Tier 1 dependent visa.

I have a query in the visa VAF10 form question:
6.8 Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years? Yes/No

Is this relevant in my case or does the question means about permanent stay. What should they reply?
