Tier 1 Visa from UK

Hello,

I'm right now in UK on Tier2 (work permit) and would like to apply for HSMP...Can someone help me with list of documents that i need if i have to apply?
Since i have been in UK for 4 months and i have a bank account which is current account and has required balance (800 GBP - maintainance)...but is it fine if i submit bank statement of an account that i have in india as a proof of income??

HSMP closed in 2006.

If you wish to apply for Tier 1 (General), reading the policy guidance will be useful.
