MY FIANCEE GOT A REFUSAL OF ENTRY CLEARANCE. AT THE TIME OF MY ASYLUM CLAIM I DDNT MENTION HER COZ I WAS GOING OUT WITH ANOTHER WOMAN WHOM I MET IN UK. I SEPARATED WITH HER(UK)AND THEN WENT BACK TO MY CHILDHOOD PARTNER WHO IS IN LESOTHO. THE HO SAID THAT I STATED THAT I WAS CUSTOMARILY MARRIED TO ANOTHER WOMAN AND HAVE A CHILD WITH HER. THE PROBLEM IS SHE MOVED TO AFRICA SA AND HAVE LOST CONTACT WITH HER. I RECENTILY CUSTOMARILY MARRIED the one in lesotho. THE HO SAY THEY THINK ITS A MARRIAGE OF CONVINIENCE. I NEED YO HELP WAS GIVEN 28 DAYS TO APPEAL.

Did you *legally* marry the first woman and are you divorced?

Who was it you "recently" married - I'm confused.

Wasnt legally married it was just customary, where you pay a fee to the in laws.

I get it for sure its not clear, am talking of the one in lesotho.

nZIRA,DID YOU GET ANY HELP??I HAVE A COUSIN WHO IS ALMOST IN THE SIMILAR SITUATION PUT SHE IS NOT MARRIED TO THE PRESENT PARTNER,IF YOU DID PLZ ADVICE
