what visa you are on currently? for WP it is compulsory to have a letter. for Tier 1 it is not. Read the SET(o) forms for required documentation.passionfruit wrote:Hi,
It appears I won't get an original version of employer's letter on time.
Is it okay to submit a printed electronic copy of a PDF employer's letter instead?
I requested one from my employer's HR department which is in a different city, and printed copy isnt arriving in the post on time. All I have is an emailed copy.
Is that a problem?
Ask you manager to give you a letter on company letter head. Its not necessary to have a letter from HR dept. I applied for my son's visa (Tier 1 Dependant) and sent the letter my manager have provided me. My manager provided her contact details on the letter in case HO want to verify the details.passionfruit wrote:im on HSMP JR
I personally do not think this is a requirement. Besides, what if you were not employed at the moment? Having supplementary documents that corroborate that you work over there should suffice in my own opinion.passionfruit wrote:Hi,
