Uplift Earnings in India

Hi

I am currently living in UK as a student living since march 2008 uninterruptedly. Working part time.
My questions are;
1, Can I apply Tier 1 General visa ? I received some earnings from my properties in India.
2, Can I use that income from agriculture property to show as previous earnings ?
3, Can I Uplift these overseas earnings for visa purposes? If I'll go to India in next month and receive the Income (sale of crop), then can I uplift it ? (The crop worth more than 600000 Indian Rupees).

Please help me.
