5th of April Cutoff - think it will stay?

Just wondering your thoughts as to whether you think that the 5th of April is likely to remain the cutoff for the Tier 1 transition?

Sad thing is that I need to count my complete March salary to qualify :S

New applications eh? I wonder if the conditions will be harder or easier?
I could manage a case of estoppel - that is 'we relied on the fact that we would have the option to switch to T1 (G)...'
At least, the documentation surrounding my PSW seems to imply that...[/quote]
