Tier 4: Work Part Time and Visa for Finacee

Hi

I am planning to apply for a Tier 4 Visa to study part time in London for an MBA (2 year programme)

1) Would I be allowed to work while in the UK?
2) Could my fiancée apply for a VISA as my unmarried partner (what documents/evidence would be required we have been living together for 3 years) and could she work in the UK as well?
3) After my studies are over could we both apply for leave to remain in the UK?

Thanks for the prompt response, well I could apply for the full time programme which is one year. Any idea about the other concerns?

When are you going to apply?

Tier 4 rules will change soon (most likely from April) and it is not clear what the new rules will be - but it is highly likely that under new rules your fiancée won't be able to work in UK; and you won't be able to stay in UK after the completion of your studies.

There is also possibility that new rules might be applied to the existing Tier 4 permit holders.
