Hi,

I am on TIER-1 in UK and want my depepndant to apply from India.
After TIER 1 General ends ( outside UK). what will be the category for dependant who is applying from India?

Is it PBS dependnat or Tier 1 (General) Partner.

Also I need to provide sponsor latter and invitation latter both?
