Hi,

I am on TIER-1 General Migrant in UK.
My wife is in India and want to apply for Dependnat visa.
I understood from UKBA site tha new version of form has been came and the old VFA 10 is not valid after 04-Jan-2011 anymore.

UKBA website is meant for in-country applicants, not oversees applicants. Refer to UKVisas website.

For applicants outside from UK. One must submit still the same VAF10 updated in February 2010.
