switiching over from psw to tier1 general..need help

hi all,,,
my psw granted on jun'09,and i came to india march'10 for my job. currently im working with MNC for the past 4 months(direct debit) and been involved with other company on contract basis and been paid by cheque on installment.

im returning to uk on 12-03-11.

1. will my application is eligible as im outside uk for 1yr.?
2.can uplift ratio can be applied for my only earnings which i made india to gain previous earnings points)
2.if im how to gain points for previous earnings as im not paid monthly basis in my contracted work . (one of our forum post says his visa got rejected for missing salary for one month which is paid next month -in that case how to avoid it)


please any one guide me how to proceed further
