Applying Dependent Visa from UK

Applying Dependent Visa from UK

Hi

I'm in UK on Tier-2 visa sponsored by my employer.

Can I switch from Tier 2 to Tier -1 Dependent Visa while being in UK or do I need to travel back to my country for applying Dependent visa.

Unfortunately, you cannot switch from Tier 2 to Tier -1 Dependent status while being in UK.
