Bit of a tricky situation

Hi Guys, Would appreciate some help on this. My employer is currently applying for a COS but seeing the current hassle with this I'm aware it may take some time. My visa (PSW) expires in march so i may even end up having to return home. I had a major operation with the NHS 2 weeks ago and i have a post operation follow up appointment in April where some additional operations may be done. Is it possible to extend my current visa till my appointment date under these circumstances? Many thanks

you could always try to approach your local MP . im sure he will help
