I have transferred from Wokrpermit to Tier1 General Migrant. Now i am applying Tier1 visa extension. Can anyonne help me the
below queries



B11. Home Office reference number(s) (if known):

is this in my HSMP Approval Letter?


B12. Give details of any current or previous worker reference number(s) under work permit arrangements (if applicable):

I worked workpermit before Tier1- Do i have to give my worker referrence number in my preivous workpermit


B14. Points Based System migrant reference number (if known):

Where can i find out?


J6. Has the main applicant’s application been assessed in accordance with paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Policy Document?

is this in my HSMP Approval Letter?

When you applied for Tier 1 General the UKBA must have given you a letter which has a title called 'Our reference number' mention that in ur form

B12. Give details of any current or previous worker reference number(s) under work permit arrangements (if applicable):
I think it is ur work permit reference number

I worked workpermit before Tier1- Do i have to give my worker referrence number in my preivous workpermit

no need of mentioning this

Did u apply under HSMP rule or was it PBS Tier 1? If PBS Tier 1 then this option is No
