Sorry this will take your time as it is a little long, I do appreciate indeed.
They say that, a Solicitor can certify a Copy of your passport and send your application to the UK Border Agency? Is that true?
Last 5 year is HSMP JR + Indefinite... (in UK for more than 7 years, student before HSMP)
I was out of country for 520 days in 5 years and 550 days in 7 years, 70 days in the last year. One of my absence is 9 months in one go...

But I have granted Indefinite last year after that long absence... I worked for my British clients (I am self employed) in my country but also my mum was having chemotheraphy.
I didnt mention about my mum last year for ILR, do you think I can mention now?
So, what are your advices for me Please? Do I have to use the same statement when I have applied for ILR or can I tell them about my mum now as I was away again several times and away a total of 70 days in the last 12 months.
PLEASE HELP... I do appreciate any help/idea/advice please.
