Long story short - I had my husband added to the contract for the flat I'm currently renting, then found out TODAY that the end date in May is actually the end of it - no renewal, no extension. The landlady is planning to sell my flat at that time. Therefore, I can't provide a long-standing address for my husband, and the accommodation requirement won't be met.
PANIC!

I can't end my tenancy any sooner than it ends in May, so I can't get a new flat now, and waiting 3 months to get a new flat is a really unattractive option!!
So I'm thinking now about putting my parents' house as the accommodation for my husband's visa (they've agreed to this and they have a massive house). But I'm completely unprepared for this and more than a little confused! My problem comes down to these points:
- - If my parents' house is put down as my husband's accommodation, then should I state that I am living there now? But - the ECO will be able to see the rent for my flat coming out of my account every month.
- If I put down that my husband is going to live in my flat and then my parents' house, how does this happen practically? Does he put both addresses on his application form? Is this even allowed?
I am really confused and exhausted, I have spent countless hours over the past 2 years getting every detail ready, and this has really thrown me. I apologise if the answer to my problem is straightforward and explained somewhere - if it is, please point me to it. If it isn't, then I'd really, really love some honest advice about what's best to do.
Thank you in advance!
