What if ILR is refused?

Post by bpujari » Thu Feb 10, 2011 4:14 pm

Hi,

I am applying for my ILR next month and am currently in process of getting all logistics sorted which thanks to the excellent material on this forum is in place..

My question is regarding the scenario what if my ILR gets refused? What will happen next ? I fall under SET (0) case , HSMP applicant.

How many days am i allowed to stay in country if the ILR is rejected?

Just want to plan for worst case. thanks

Ocean

Is that the only option? worried about that as i have not had sufficient funds consistently to qualify for Tier 1...

I know it is irrelevant to your request...but if I were you, I would stop worrying about 'what if it gets rejected' and making a strong application with every possible document required.
