Formal payslips from online payroll company ?

Post by knight22 » Sun Feb 20, 2011 9:08 pm

Hi Guys,

I work for a UK company. My payslips are emailed on a monthly basis (A4 pdf format).

I plan to use a third party payroll company like payslipsp60.co.uk to order 12 of my previous payslips.

Would this be ok and qualify as "Formal payslips" for my tier1 visa ?

Please advice.. Thank you in adance...

Dear John, Thank you for your prompt reply.

The payslips I already have will need to be stamped and signed by my company before I can use them for the tier1 application.

I dont really want my company to get involved and know about my switch. (work permit => tier 1).

It would be much easier for me to to go down this route by ordering original payslips from a third party company... much less hassle for me..

I will have my original UK bank statements to back the payslips...

Would this method work?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks

And the fake ones will need to be stamped? With a fake stamp?

John,

The email payslips I receive from my company wont be accepted bcoz they dont fall under formal payslips, as printouts are not accepted by UKBA, unless signed and stamped by the employer.

But the once I get from a third party company would be formal and a stamp will not be required.

Thank you

Unless this third party company is the official payroll vendor of your employer, arranging for fake payslips from an independent payslip retailer is something that may well fall under the definition of "false representation / deception" and, if discovered, the associated penalty / penalties may be disastrous.

Your risk, your call!

How would UKBA know what is, and what is not, a printout? And indeed what is a printout?

How on earth does a payslip get produced if it is not printed? Surely it does not need to be hand-written?
