Hi All,

I moved to HSMP in Oct 2006, my HSMP renewal was covered by High Court Judicial review ruling dated 9th April 2008(where by no income criteria was imposed on me by the HO,
I will qualify for ILR around Oct 2011.

During my 5 years time, initially for the first 2 years I had a good well paid job, but due to recession I lost it. I have got gaps between jobs, I get short term contracts, for the last 3 months I had no contract.


My question is whether I will face hurdles from HO because of Gaps during employment.

There is no requirement of being in employment for all the time of your HSMP visa. You can find many success stories on this.
