tier 4 refusal with no right of appeal

I HAVE BEEN REFUSED TIER 4 VISA DUE TO MY MAINTANANCE FEES AND NO RIGHT TO APPEAL B'COS OF LATE APPLICATION.MY LAWYER SAID I CAN STILL APPLY WHILE STILL IN THE UK.CAN ANYONE HELP ME.

i would like to know if i can still apply here in uk without not going back home,just as my lawyer advised.

when did you visa expire?

my visa expired on the 18th of sept,but i applied on the 2nd of december b'cos i couldn't get my CAS on time.Also my maintanance fees was less by 600 which i kept there on the last day of printing out my statement

If you return home now then you'll be subject to a mandatory ban of 1 year.

You can make a further application from within the UK but if refused you will not get a right of appeal.
