Bringing Father to UK

Post by sanjayrocks » Mon Feb 21, 2011 10:52 pm

Hi,

My partner has ILR to remain in the UK. Her sister is in Ireland. Her dad is staying alone in china and he is 63 years of old. How can she bring here father here for a permanent stay. He is has many sickness including diabetics and nerve problems. The doctors has warned him that he might get paralyzed.

Now he has all the document related to his illness and we will be translating them to english. Also my partner has been sending her dad money every month and has proof of it.

What are the possible ways she can get visa for him. Does she has to wait till he gets 65. Is there anyway that we can show that he has serious health issues so he must be here as there is no one for him there.

What sort of proof she has to give for Home office in support of this visa case.

Please guide me on this matter so we can get ready for t his visa in advance.
