Tier1 G - Dependent child visa/extension

Post by HSMP_Sanjeev » Mon Feb 21, 2011 9:55 am

Hi,
I hold a Tier 1 (G) visa valid till Jan'12. I am planning to travel to UK in a month's time and would like to apply for my dependent child visa(my wife hold a valid dependent visa). My question is,
- Is there any issue or anything I need to consider since the validity of visa is still Jan'12? (I do understand/aware of the documentation and earnings requiremetns)
- Would the same be extended when I apply for an extension next year?

Can you please help me with this.
Thanks a lot for your time
