Thanks Sushdmetha .... The point is, invoices come in play when one works in a self-employed capacity. And, under Tier 2 you cannot be self-employed.
However, you may be employed with a different employer (other than one who sponsored your Tier 2) for employment restricted to 20 hours per week. The employment terms and conditions should highlight this restriction and your payslips should also reflect the same (hourly rate of pay, for a max. 20 hours per week / equivalent in a month).
