ILR BEING QUESTIONED

Hi all, i live just outside glasgow, my husband is here in the uk with a spouse visa, we had an appointment in the glasgow enquiry office today for ilr. We submitted the file and application to be told they cannot process this as my husband and i are not living as husband and wife, surely this is part of "normal Life" for some couples, especislly in this finacial climate, they came up with this because i declared that my husband is working in london, he went to london for employment experience and lives with a friend of mine as he could nt get a job here in glasgow, he has a job in london and i gave evidence that we are in regular contact, i also stated that when he has enough work eperience he will try again for a job near home. can anyone help here.

you cant really do much apart from giving them as much evidence as you can and then wait for an answer (and be mentally ready for an appeal).

it is normal for them to question considering your circumstances. as far as they are concerned there is no difference in you as a legitimate case and some fraudster who has paid a UK citizenship to get visa. so they insist on 2 year "living togather".
