Tier1 Dependant visa without Rental Agreement

Hi Friends,

My wife would be applying for a Tier1 (G) dependant visa. Iam stuck with the "rental agreement" part. I stay in a shared accomodation and the house owner is just not comfortable providing a rental agreement.

Are there any recent success stories in this group for people who applied for Tier 1 Dependant visa without Rental Agreement ?

Should I try for a new place and provide a post dated "rental agreement ?
