need to appeal

i had applied for extension for visa 25 jan 2011. and on 24 feb 2011 i got my document back saying that your application is refused due to the maintenence fund and UKBA has also send me appeal form also. now what i need to do? how can i show the maintanence fund? please reply me ASAP. UKBA has given 10 business day to appeal. i dont have any idea what i should do next..plz help me about...

Just do one thing. Cantact a good immigration lawyer ASAP.

If you can show in appeal hearing that you had or have the funds available than you might win your appeal.

i was unable to show enough maintenence funds. so they rejected it..is there any possible way or what should i do to appeal?

Unless you can show that you had the required funds for a consecutive 28 day period then your appeal will not succeed.

Do you have another bank account showing you had the required funds or the remainder of the required funds in the relevent period?

no, i dont have another bank account..so what should i do???

So its mean you really dont have enough funds to meet the visa extension requirements.

My suggession is leave UK ASAP possiblly before 28 days. Do not become an overstayer or illegle migrant as it will effect your future application as well.
