Section 2 Question D3 of Tier 1 application: Query

Hi,

Question D3 in Section 2 (Immigration history section): What date was the entry clearance or visa issued?

I have first entered UK in business Visa in Nov 2005, which was a very short stay. Then on UK work permit on April 2006. Can you please suggest what do I fill to answer this question. Will this be Nov 2005 or April 2006?

You need to fill the valid from date on your work permit.
not the date you entered into the UK.

Does this mean that I do not mention the business Visa at all. Just mention the work permit/Entry clearance valid from date.

Yes.
if you are still not satisfied you can mention those details in your covering letter.

Hi guys,

I'm facing a similar situation. Is D3 supposed to relate to the last entry clearance visa issued out of the UK or the first one? What if the applicant came on working holiday maker then went back overseas to get T1 from overseas?
