I am planning to apply for Tier1 visa.
If one's qualification which has been obtained from abroad (not in english speaking countries) has been successfully found/located on the points based calculator which also awards the required points for that qualification and further the calculator accepts this qualification as an adequate evidence of English Language Skills i.e. by awarding the required points.
Is this evidence enough to satisfy Enlish Language Skills requirement or an exam like IELTS still needs to be taken ?

Have thoroughly searched Home office webiste which does allow us this provision but is unclear in few places thus allowing doubts
