ILR SET(O) form questions

Hi,

I am applying for ILR using SET(O) Form with two dependents.

1. Is there a seperate form for dependents? or do we need to include the dependent details in same form?

2. currently I am on Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) which I have got in Dec 2010 but before that I was in WorkPermit for remaining period of eligibility. In Section 3 - Which Category? Do I need to select Tier 2 or WP Holder?

3. Section 9 - Documents Should I fill 9B (for WP) or 9P (Tier 2) ?

4. If I have to fill 9P (Tier 2) Then there is a confusing explanation given there. How do I find my employer is having the certificate of sponsorship? and What documents I should carry if go directly to Croydon PEO?

Answer- NO and it's also written in application form to use the same form for dependants.

Answer- Your Current Visa Status - Tier 2

Answer - I reckon both.

Answer- Your WP extension letter ( not must ) , P-60 , Salary Slips , Letter from Employer. Please check few success stories.
