Tier-1 Visa Fund maintenance criteria.

Hi All,

I am in UK with tier-2(ICT). I want to apply and switch into tier-1 general within UK itself. My only issue is, I have not maintained my bank balance more than 1000 GBP on last 7 months. I have my own house in India. Is there any work around to show the financial support proof to get tier-1 visa? It seems to be if I apply before Apr-2011 it would be better for me.

Please advice.

You may use multiple bank accounts that you hold (solely or jointly) in multiple countries to meet the maintenance funds requirement.

If the above is not a workable solution for you, then there is no alternative.
