Employment letter for ILR- To whom it may concern enough?

Post by sha1iv » Fri Mar 04, 2011 10:43 am

Hi Senirs,

Please advise me as I have got an appointment on 15th march .. I have a question on my employer letter as I am on Tier1

They are ok to issue a employement cert , which would be addressed to
To whom it may concern..

So and so ...working in our company since...
.........................
..............
Any questions .. please ask us

My question is .....
Is that To whom it may concern is enough or should it be addressed to Home office. They say that they are not authorized to address to Home iffice.

Please advise me.

Thanks
Shiv

makes sense to have adressed to home office i think, there should be no issue for the employer to issue such a letter.
