Oh sorry if u dont understand but thank you for replying at the same time. i jus wanted to put as much info as possible, basically all i wanted is a bit of advice and some professional opinion and it seems that people on here know a lot about the UKBA. I'll try again
I am a 23 yr old man from St vincent who is with a 25 yr old Vincentian woman who has IDL in the UK. We have been together since August of 2008. Of that time i spent 1 yr 8 months together in the UK. she has a son of 6 yrs.
i have jus returned on tuesday after spending six months with her in the uk, unfortunately i spent 6 extra days in the uk as i was sick the morning of travel and missed my flight and i forgot my passport on the other occasion. i still have both receipts to prove i arrived at the airport on both occasions and paid for the 2 extra seats Virgin had reserved for me initially. i did ring the home office to notify them i did not go rogue and it was unfortunate that i missed my flight due to a morning sickness which induced vomiting. i did all this to ensure the thuought of overstayin doesnt come up as i am going to send the reciepts in with my application and stress it in a letter to the ECO.
she earns between 448-560 a month depending on overtime etc but has about £1500 - 2000 saved for us. I must state though it was a saving system where she paid out money each month amongst people and the entire pool goes to one person each month. she has now collected her so its a large one time deposit into her account. this is to support us before we get married.
we have phone records, photographs, and references from people who can confirm our relationship together. i am unemployed but my parents both civil servants are the ones who are supporting me financially and i can also prove that with letters and statements.
we are both aptly design to work as she is a hair dresser and a certified make-up artist whereas before she used to be a dental nurse but decided to switch careers so that avenue is still open for her. i am a Ceisco Certified Network Associate and also have qualifications such as O'levels, A'levels, technical college certificates, and work experience as a PC technician at a only dell authorized service centre, the National Bureau of Standards, and as a junior joiner in a furniture shop.
i plan to travel to barbados at the end of this month to lodge my application so we are just lookin for any sort of advice and guidance leading up to the very important time. thank you.
