HSMP Special Achievements Question: Please Advise

Hi,

I am thinking of applying for HSMP and have got a few queries. I would be grateful if the members of the board could assist me with some questions that I have got.

Very briefly my profile is:

1 - MSc Hons. Plant Breeding and Genetics.
2 - BSc Hons.
3 - Age 32
4 - Married
5 - 8 Research publications. 4 in international recognised Journals and four in Pakistan in plant breeding and genetics.
6 - 5 years work experience at director level of a well reputed NGO in Pakistan.
7 - I am also in the final few weeks of my PhD in Plant Breeding and Genetics.

I have also researched/developed and implemented projects involving bio-diversity and env.

I have read all the guidelines and am aware of the overall requirements which are straightforward.

I am wondering whether the members of the board could advise me on my chances of getting qualifying points for "Special Achievements" in my field?
