HSMP Extension - Min Earnings???

Post by merwah » Sat Jun 17, 2006 6:52 pm

Hi All,

Congrats to everyone who has received the extension. I am due to apply for my extension in Nov this year but am currently working on a secondment (basically meaning that wages are not indicative of the job title) with Lloyds TSB...(and have been wit them for 2 yrs now...of which 13 mths have been as a secondee..) ....so my current earnings are not in relation to market standards for the job...

..Is there any minimum earnings standard needed when applying for an extension...someone pleaseeeeee help....

There is no guidelines about min Salary for extension. However you need to work in the HSMP level job and ern suffiecnt enough to cover your living cost and family. I think by working with Loyd TSB full time if you are working in the HSMP level job, you will not have the problem for extension
