France summer job?

Hi everyone,

I'm a 17 year old student who's travelling to France this summer, and last time I went, I asked whether I could have a job at a restaurant in Deauville, Normandy.

The job is as a waiter, and it's only for 10 days during my summer holiday. I asked the guy what I possibly needed, and he mentioned a 'permis de travail' (work permit). I read the site, and given my situation, I don't think I fall into any of the categories, but I'm not too sure, and that's why I'm here.

Does anyone know what documents I need, given my situation?
