hai i am on hsmp jr here in uk in last Dec 2010 my ILR is bieng refused cause of my over stay out side uk,now my question is how early can i apply for my FLR or extension as i still have my visa valid till oct this year.but can i apply now for extention?plz guide me

If you have valid leave until October this year, why do you want to apply for extension?

But, if you wish to, you may apply for extension any time.

Thanx for your quick replay.So u mean i can apply for extension even now or any time this is not compalsory tht it should be 28 days befor?

Yes, but do note that the extension may be effective from the day a decision is made on your (extension) application and not from the date your current leave expires (Oct. this year).
