14 Year LR . been in this country 17 now .need help please

Post by bakunai » Wed Mar 09, 2011 7:34 pm

Hi all ,

i've just joined this board , read a few threads and i see that there are lot
good people here that are willing to help.

i could write a book but i will stick to the point. in March 7 1994 i applied for Asylum and Year later my application was refused without me even attending interview and that is all down to my solicitor who didn't even contact me
when HO wrote to him with the interview date. well he explained that he wrote to me but didn't get any response from me which is complete nonsense. so as a result i have been here for 17 years now , 16 years of which illegally. it doesn't need much explanation how hard it has been in all respect.
so here i am trying to apply for 14 LR but i'm trying to be so careful not to get caught up in similar situation and asking to give me your advise ., could someone please suggest sincere Lawyer who has successfully dealt with similar situation? and wouldn't reap me off . money is a huge issue for me now so good people out there please advice

Tnks in advance Artour
