Dependents' passport and Tier-1 General application

Post by mskhan » Wed Mar 09, 2011 7:57 pm

Hi,

I am in a strange situation. My dependents' passports were due back from embassy after getting renewed on 10th of March. But now I've been told that they will not be ready by 5th of April.

I was in the process of making Tier-1 General application for all of us having me the main applicant.

I am not sure how to go about it now. Is it possible to apply with everything else and send their passport later on?

Please guide me in this situation.

Cheers

Don't think so (personal opinion only).

If your Leave to remain is not running out for your dependants, Cant you make a separate application after your T1 gets approved? I guess you have to pay an additional fee.

I have got old passports with me......can I apply with them and resend the new ones as soon as I got them?

Will it work?
