CAS Letter

Hi

One of my friend will be applying for student visa on saturday. He is on psw now. But on cas letter,it says last date student can be accepted on course is 14/03/2011 and he ll start taking classes from next week. Does it matter as he is applying only 2 days before when he can be accepted onto course or it ll be ok as he ll be studying by the time HO process his case.

1. If his institution is HTS then he can study without the permission.
2. He can also start stuyding now with his PSW visa anyway.

Yes it is HTS. Only thing he is concerned about is start date. Bec on cas letter it says last date when student can be accepted is 14/03/2011 but he is applying for visa on 12/03/2011. College saying it ll be ok as he ll be studying by that time when ho process his application. Is that true?

1. That wud not make any difference as you can apply upto 3 months before start of the course.
