question regarding as to when applying for hubbys visa

the thing is that me and my hubby hav both turnd 21. i was 21 in september 2010 and ma hubby turned 21 in january this year. however, i havent applied for his visa yet because i havent got a job at the momment..im still looking...(i dont have any kids yet too)...

will this hav an effect on his case when we apply for it..

No it won't have a negative effect on your case if you apply after you've found a job. Quite the opposite actually! You need a job, don't apply before you have one regardless that you've both already turned 21. One step at a time.
