I actually called today to withdraw my application (I just submitted it last week and it hadn't yet been considered) and was not told anything about making a request in writing. Does anyone actually have experience with this? I don't see anywhere in the rules that a request has to be in writing... I will probably call tomorrow to make sure that it's gone through but it would be helpful not to have to make multiple phone calls for this.sushdmehta wrote:Unless a request for withdrawal is made and received by UKBA in writing (post / fax / email) from the applicant, there is no request for withdrawal.
You cannot request for withdrawal on the phone.

Thanks! I'd been looking at the Tier 1 policy guidance but that is helpful.sushdmehta wrote:See page 40 of this document.Ak17 wrote:I don't see anywhere in the rules that a request has to be in writing...
