URGENT HELP FOR ILR FOR ME AND MY SON

Post by mimmie » Mon Mar 14, 2011 8:04 pm

Dear All,

I was or maybe still married to a British citizen who is in the process of divorcing me though there hasnt been any document for me to sign even though he knows where i live and work. We had problems at home and my child (who is not from this marriage but a childhood relation) ended up in a foster care.

I had to move out of our home due to so many abuses. I stay in another county. Because of the distance. I gave my ex or husband the right to go for one session contact since I coudnt afford to travel all the way twice a week.

I have been so emotional beyond words seeing my child so frail with injuries and I am not allowed to ask. I find it so in human and i really dont know wha to do but cry or sometimse wail.

I have been stopped frm seeing my child because of my emotions. I havent seen my son since last year november. I have been through psychological assessment and there is nothing wrong with me. I do not pose any risk to him as indicated on the assessment report.

My ex has refused to help me with the application. I have passed my life in the UK test. I am working but on a low income .My spouse visa expires on 10th May 2011. My child case has been extended up to 13th May 2011 even though the court is aware about our visa issues.

My child is in the process of being adopted without my consent. I have read from some of the Local Authority reports that he will become a naturalised British Citizen without my consent even though he is dependant on me since I came with him to UK.

Is it possible for the Local Authority to apply for my child to stay here without his passport?

I need urgent help because i do not have the ability to do anything. I do not understand how the system work here.

Please someone, somewhere out there help me. I do not want to lose my only child.

How can I apply for the ILR without my husband?

Thank you

Mimmie
