Wife's Dependant Visa

Hi There,
I am eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain next year May and I recently got married.
My wife have given a visa till end of my work permit date.

My question is:
When i apply for ILR next year, how she will extend her stay in UK?
Can i file her application along with my application for PR?

Are you a (pre-PBS) WP migrant or a (PBS) Tier 2 migrant?
What does the visa on your wife's passport state under "Type / Type of permit"?

Hi Sushdmeta,
Thanks for the reply.

Yes I am on Pre PBS company sponsored WP which is before Tier 2.

Visa on her passport is Entry Clearance- " To Join Spouse"

In that case, and under current rules, your wife may apply for settlement at the same time as you (196D).
